Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth functioning of civil and mechanical maintenance activities.
Manage and supervise site manpower, allocating tasks effectively to maximize productivity.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and utilization of materials and resources at the site.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.
Monitor site safety standards and compliance with organizational policies.
Prepare and maintain reports on site activities, manpower utilization, and material consumption.
Troubleshoot mechanical and civil issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for site infrastructure and operational efficiency.
Candidate Profile
8-10 years of proven experience in
civil and mechanical maintenance
.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse manpower teams.
Excellent knowledge of material handling and site resource management.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of site operations.
Commitment to the values of animal protection and welfare.
