Job Description
Develop and implement transport policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet. Manage the transport operations team, including drivers and provide leadership and direction as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including those related to safety, environmental standards, and labour laws. Monitor and analyze transport metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Conduct regular training sessions for drivers and transportation staff. Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including corporate clients, individual customers, and internal stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments, including sales, human resources, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization
