We are looking for an experienced site manager to handle end-to-end operations, maintenance, and safety of a utility-scale solar pv power plant. The role involves maximizing plant performance, managing on-site teams, ensuring grid compliance, and maintaining high-voltage electrical systems.

key responsibilities

manage daily o&m of solar pv plant including inverters, transformers, scada, and switchyard analyze generation data and improve performance ratio while reducing downtime plan and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance troubleshoot dc and ac electrical faults manage grid interconnection and power evacuation coordinate with state electricity boards and regulatory authorities ensure strict adherence to safety, loto, and hse standards lead site engineers, technicians, and vendors maintain generation reports, outage logs, and inventory of critical spares

required skills & qualifications

b.tech / b.e. in electrical engineering (mandatory) strong knowledge of mw-scale solar plants, ht/lt systems, and inverters hands-on experience with scada and basic pvsyst familiarity with indian electricity rules and safety norms leadership skills and ability to work at remote project locations

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
