?The Site Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end operations, maintenance, and safety of the solar power plant. This includes maximizing energy generation, managing on-site technical teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high-voltage electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
?1. Technical Operations & Maintenance
?Supervise the daily O&M of the Solar PV plant, including Inverters, Transformers, SCADA systems, and Switchyards.
?Analyze generation reports and implement strategies to minimize downtime and maximize Performance Ratio (PR).
?Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
?Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in the DC and AC blocks.
?2. Grid & Compliance Management
?Manage the Grid Interconnection and ensure seamless power evacuation to the substation.
?Liaise with State Electricity Boards (SEBs) and regulatory bodies for statutory compliance and inspections.
?Ensure all safety protocols (LOTO - Lockout/Tagout) and HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards are strictly followed.
?3. Team & Vendor Leadership
?Lead a team of site engineers, technicians, and security personnel.
?Manage third-party vendors for module cleaning, grass cutting, and specialized equipment servicing.
?Conduct regular training for the on-site team regarding new technical SOPs and safety drills.
?4. Reporting & Inventory
?Maintain accurate logs of energy generation, plant outages, and equipment history.
?Manage on-site inventory, ensuring critical spares (fuses, MCBs, sensors) are always in stock to minimize Mean Time to Repair (MTTR).
?Required Skills & Qualifications
?Background: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
?Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of MW scale PV layouts, string vs. central inverters, and HT/LT switchgear.
?Software: Proficiency in SCADA monitoring, PVsyst (basics), and MS Office.
?Soft Skills: Strong leadership, crisis management, and the ability to work in remote locations.
?Regulatory: Familiarity with IE Rules (Indian Electricity Rules) and local safety codes.
