About The Job:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager with a minimum of 5- 8years of experience in mechanical engineering.
• The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Quality and other handheld inspection tools.
• The primary responsibility will be to perform visual inspections for components and prepare Inspection Record Sheets (IRS).

Essential Job Functions:

• Various handheld inspection tools to measure and verify component dimensions. Prepare detailed Inspection Record Sheets (IRS) for all inspected components.
• Identify and document any defects or non-conformances found during inspections.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of inspections and findings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and quality control.
• Can handle a team & customer complaint on site

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electricals, Quality knowledge, Inspection Knowledge.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in quality inspection within the mechanical industry.
• Experience with handheld inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Ability to prepare clear and concise Inspection Record Sheets (IRS).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate inspection records.
