Job Description

We are looking forward to appointing dynamic Site Manager to oversee electrical projects in the commercial, industrial, and data centre segments. Main job responsibilities shall be as under:

Project Management

Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical projects from inception to completion Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and milestones Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budget, timeline, and quality specifications Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management

Technical Oversight

Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations Supervise installation of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and specialized data centre infrastructure Conduct quality inspections and testing of electrical installations Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions

Team Leadership

Lead and manage site teams including engineers, technicians, and contractors Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure compliance with HSE policies Coordinate training and development activities for site personnel Foster a collaborative work environment and maintain team morale

Commercial and Administrative

Monitor project costs and manage budget allocations Process and approve vendor invoices and payment requisitions Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and deliverables Interface with clients for project updates and issue resolution

Required Qualifications

Educational Background

Minimum:

Diploma / BE in Electrical Engineering Additional certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) preferred

Experience Requirements

Minimum 8 years

of progressive experience in electrical project management

Technical Competencies

Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and control systems Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (IS, IEC, IEEE) Experience with data center electrical infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, backup systems) Familiarity with electrical testing and commissioning procedures Understanding of safety protocols and risk management

Software Proficiency

Microsoft Office Suite:

Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project Project management software experience (MS Project, Primavera P6)

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
