Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to manage and oversee daily construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are executed on time, within budget, and as per approved plans and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise on-site construction work and ensure quality and timely completion.

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for smooth operations.

Monitor material usage, labor management, and site progress.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards.

Maintain daily reports and assist the Project Manager in site planning and updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in real estate or construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety procedures.

Good communication and leadership abilities.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, project tools preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
