Position: Site Manager - Construction

Location: Somaliland, Africa

Salary: ₹75,000 - ?1,25,000 Per Month

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in engineering

Experience:5-8 years of experience in mining / construction site operations

Visa & Flight Tickets: Provided by the company

? Manage day-to-day site operations for mining projects

? Supervise site staff, contractors, and labor teams

? Ensure work is carried out as per project plans, schedules, and specifications

? Monitor site productivity, materials usage, and equipment operations

? Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with HSE regulations

? Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders

? Prepare site reports, progress updates, and documentation

? Resolve on-site issues related to manpower, materials, or machinery

? Ensure quality control and adherence to company standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
