We are looking for a

Site Leader

to lead our Esko India site. The site leader will serve as the primary representative and face of Esko in India, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace. This leader will oversee site, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs, employee engagement and take part in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives, while representing Esko India externally across key employer branding and industry platforms in the software space. It is preferred to have the incumbent based in

Bangalore.

Your Role:



Leadership & Governance




As the

Site Leader for Esko India

, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our India organization and representing it on the global stage.

Serve as the primary ambassador for Esko India, representing the site with the Veralto Executive Team and Esko Global Leadership Team, and ensuring strong alignment across stakeholders. Lead our India facility and security operations, driving efficient, compliant, and safe workplace practices while continuously enhancing the employee experience. Enable seamless cross-team collaboration, especially during team-gathering weeks, ensuring space, resources, and support are optimized for productive teamwork. Partner closely with global functions on SOC2 and ISO audits, championing local readiness and maintaining the highest standards of governance and operational excellence. Plan and host engaging India All Hands meetings, strengthening communication, connection, and transparency across the organization. Cultivate a unified, collaborative, and high-performing culture that reflects Esko's core values and inspires teams to do their best work every day.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to elevate the employee experience and strengthen Esko India's culture by:

Leading and overseeing flagship India-wide events--including Annual Day, Sports Day, and key recognition programs--to build pride, connection, and a vibrant workplace community. Collaborating closely with the HR Leader and Business Leaders to continuously enhance employee experience, engagement, and organizational belonging. Driving Esko India's employer-of-choice achievements, partnering with HR and Business Leaders to sustain Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification and pursue other notable industry recognitions that showcase our commitment to people and culture.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)




Build diversity and inclusive spirit across all our teams based in India:

Take the lead in fostering and embedding a strong culture of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) across Esko India. Partner with the SHAKTI team -- a group of engaged employees across functions and countries -- to drive and expand our DE&I agenda locally. Champion initiatives that promote inclusion, belonging, and equitable opportunities for all employees.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)



Own and lead Esko India's CSR strategy and execution, ensuring meaningful community impact and alignment with Esko's purpose and values. Build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver sustainable, high-impact CSR programs.

External Representation & Employer Branding



Serve as the external face of Esko India, representing the company at industry, community, and academic events. Lead employer branding initiatives in collaboration with HR and communications, strengthening Esko India's visibility and reputation as an employer of choice. Build strong relationships with universities, technical institutions, and professional organizations to attract and engage top talent.

Stakeholder Management



Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across Esko and Veralto leadership. Act as a bridge between global and India teams, ensuring transparent communication and alignment of goals. Support global leaders in driving global initiatives like our "Innovation Days" (dedicated days to develop a novel idea that either solves a problem, improves on an existing product or solution, or makes our working life easier) Facilitating and leading Veralto Executive Leadership and Esko Global Leadership visits defining a meaningful agenda and ensuring seamless execution of planned meetings. Provide thought leadership and insights to influence decision-making and enhance employee experience at the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications



A Master degree from University or Business School

Minimum 10 years of overall experiences in different functions and ideally 5+ years as Site Leader
