Job Description
-Should have minimum 10+ yrs experience in manufacturing company - On Hand Experience of Statutory Compliances - Know How and working exp. Of Disciplinary Procedures - Contract Labour Management & Audits - Know how or involvement in Court Cases preferred - Know how of Statutory Salary Components & Payments. - Should be doing Government Liaison - Know-how and on hand experience of Employee Welfare (Statutory & Non Statutory) - Know how of all Labour Laws / Acts, Compliances in general - Handled Employee / Worker Relations. - Handling of Union, involvement in Wage settlements etc. preferred
