Job Summary:

We are looking for hardworking and reliable

Site Labourers

to assist with the physical setup and dismantling of event and exhibition installations. This hands-on role involves supporting the technical team, moving materials, assembling structures, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of materials and equipment to and from event sites. Help assemble and dismantle exhibition stands, stages, booths, and temporary structures. Follow instructions from the site supervisor and work closely with carpenters, electricians, and other technicians. Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and stored properly after use. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area before, during, and after the event. Support in lifting, carrying, positioning, and securing construction elements and signage. Adhere to all health and safety protocols on-site. Report any issues, damages, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Previous experience in manual labor, event setups, or exhibition construction preferred. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting and long working hours. Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team. Punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends. Knowledge of basic tools and safety practices on-site.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of event/exhibition materials and components. Experience with handling modular systems, panels, or flooring is a plus. Safety training or site work certification (if applicable) is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
