Job Description

Responsibilities -
? Reports to the Installation Manager.
? Analyze drawings & clear all projects related doubts with the Designer.
? Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work with the coordinator.
? Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, and ID cards & follow office timings.
? Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.
? Monitor installation works regularly & update it to the coordinator till completion of execution.
? Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.
? Adherence to System & Process from time to time.
? Develop a good rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both coordinator & Customers.
? Ensure that unused materials are returned back to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update the report to Coordinator & Warehouse in charge.

? Should be thorough in all modular products & accessories aspects.
? Good communicator, ability to handle multi-functional activity & pressure in the execution process.
? Ability to create good rapport with internal & external customers.
? Forecasting the market trend & align with the business accordingly to keep up the market needs.
? Working days- 6 days per week
