A Water Treatment Site Incharge is responsible for the overall management, operation, and maintenance of a water treatment facility. The role ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality water by supervising daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining accurate records. The position demands leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

+ Oversee daily plant operations including treatment processes and equipment usage. + Monitor and ensure water quality meets all regulatory standards through testing and analysis. + Train, supervise, and support plant operators, enforcing safety and operational procedures. + Coordinate and oversee preventive maintenance and equipment repairs. + Maintain accurate operational, maintenance, and compliance records. + Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and prepare reports as needed. + Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to optimize plant performance. + Promote a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines. + Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in plant efficiency.

Qualification:

+ Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Mechanical, or related Engineering fields. + Experience in water treatment plant operations or utility management. + Strong leadership and team supervision capabilities. + Knowledge of water quality standards and environmental regulations. + Hands-on experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. + Ability to interpret operational data and implement solutions. + Proficiency in documentation and compliance reporting. * + Good communication and interpersonal skills.
