Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the maintenance and repair of college buildings, infrastructure, and facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil systems.
2. Construction and Renovation:
Manage construction and renovation projects, including planning, budgeting, and execution.
3. Facilities Management:
Ensure that college facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
4. Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and codes related to building construction and maintenance.
5. Budgeting and Cost Control:
Manage budgets and control costs for maintenance, repair, and construction projects.
6. Stakeholder Management:
Liaise with college administrators, faculty, staff, and students to understand their needs and concerns.
7. Team Management:
Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, contractors, and consultants.
Requirements:
1. Qualifications:
Diploma degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, maintenance, or facilities management.
3. Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
