Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at site to ensure quality and timely completion. Plan, schedule, and monitor construction progress as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, engineers, and management to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations at the site. Manage materials, resources, and equipment to avoid delays or wastage. Verify measurements, prepare daily progress reports, and maintain proper site documentation. Resolve site issues, technical problems, and provide solutions to achieve project goals. Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients for approvals and clarifications. Monitor manpower productivity and allocate work accordingly. Ensure proper handover of completed works and compliance with company standards.

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and practices. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Good leadership, team management, and communication skills. Knowledge of site safety, quality control, and project management. Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills.
