Job Description

Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Oversee daily tasks, monitor progress, ensure work aligns with plans/specifications, and manage resources (materials, equipment).

Team Management:

Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors, schedule work, track attendance, and resolve on-site issues.

Health & Safety:

Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, identify hazards, enforce PPE use, and manage incident response.

Communication & Reporting:

Liaise with project managers, architects, clients, and suppliers; prepare site reports and progress updates.

Quality Control:

Conduct site inspections, ensure adherence to quality standards, and implement corrective actions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
