Project Information : O&M of ground mounted solar plant
Location: Madhya Pradesh
Job Title: Site Incharge- O&M - SOLAR plant
Qualification : Diploma / B.TECH
Experience - 8 to 12 years
Roles and Responsibility

• Daily monitoring the functions of all electrical equipmentxe2x80x99s.
• All reports to be maintain as per site requirement.
• Subcontractor Management.
• Regular trainings to subordinates for their development as per site
• Store/Spares Management.
• Schedule and execute the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• Attending of Breakdown maintenance at minimal duration.
• Annual testing of Electrical Equipment
• Reporting to Project Manager.- DGR, Maintenance Report, Breakdown/ RCA report
• Quality Management System Implementation.
• Adherence to EHS Requirements
• Adherence to O&M manual requirements
• Maintaining equipment warranty/ guarantee.
• Ensuring Contractual KPI xe2x80x93 Generation, PR
• Stake holder management
• Internal : Reporting manager, supply chain, F&A, Engineering,
• External : Client , Vendor / sub-contractor
• Candidate will work as Site In-charge.
• Should lead a team of minimum 15 plus team members (Engineers, Technician)
• Strong knowledge of Electrical equipment xe2x80x93 operation & maintenance philosophy
• Experience in Electrical Testing & Commissioning preferred
• Strong in Maintenance planning of SOLAR plant
• Soft skills : Should be good in MS- Excel, word, ppt ;
• Communication : transparent & clear (verbal); Basic email communications
• Able to manage site budget
• Understand O&M Contract T&C
