Role Overview

Bandhoo Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a

responsible and proactive Site Incharge / Site Supervisor (Civil Engineer)

to oversee day-to-day construction site operations in Bengaluru. The role requires strong site management skills, coordination with contractors and workers, and effective reporting to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily deployment of workers and maintain accurate attendance records. Coordinate with labor contractors and ensure timely execution of site activities. Monitor on-site work progress and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Maintain daily work logs, site photographs, and execution reports. Assist the billing team by providing attendance data and work measurement records. Address and resolve on-site worker issues and operational challenges. Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and uninterrupted workflow. Coordinate closely with the operations and project management teams.
Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred). Minimum

1-3 years of experience

in construction site supervision. Hands-on experience as a Site Incharge or Site Supervisor. Strong coordination skills with labor vendors and contractors. Proficiency in

Hindi and English

(mandatory). Basic knowledge of

MS Excel

, documentation, and reporting. Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
