Roles & Responsibilities

Overall supervision of

solar rooftop project execution

as per approved drawings and specifications. Site coordination with

EPC team, vendors, subcontractors, and clients

. Ensure

quality installation

of structures, modules, inverters, DC/AC cabling, earthing, and lightning protection. Monitor

daily site activities

, manpower deployment, and productivity. Ensure compliance with

safety norms (EHS)

and company policies at site. Execute work as per

project schedule

and ensure timely completion. Coordinate with

design and engineering teams

for layout, SLD, and technical clarifications. Handle

material receipt, inspection, storage, and consumption tracking

. Conduct

site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover

activities. Coordinate with

DISCOM authorities

for net metering, inspection, and approvals. Prepare and submit

daily/weekly progress reports

to project manager. Attend

client meetings

and resolve site-level issues promptly. Ensure adherence to

statutory and electrical standards

. Support O&M team during initial

performance monitoring and troubleshooting
