Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Site Incharge

to manage and execute a

Railway Tender Project

. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, ensuring quality standards, managing manpower, and maintaining timelines and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities related to the railway project. Ensure timely execution of work as per tender specifications. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project stakeholders. Monitor daily progress and prepare reports. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Manage workforce, materials, and site logistics effectively.

Requirements

B.Tech degree in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering. 5-6 years of experience in railway or infrastructure projects. Strong leadership and site management skills. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and handle site challenges.
