Support execution of ground-mounted solar power plant construction activities as per approved drawings and project timelines.
Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors, and vendors for smooth day-to-day site operations.
Ensure basic quality and safety compliance at site during civil and electrical works.
Assist in planning daily site activities and escalating execution challenges to seniors.
Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and basic site documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams for material availability, manpower deployment, and equipment usage.
Support supervision of civil and electrical installation works including structures, modules, cabling, and inverters.
Assist in identifying and reporting on-site technical or execution-related issues.
Maintain site records, drawings, safety logs, and progress documentation.
Support site inspections, audits, and quality checks as instructed.
Ensure discipline, safety adherence, and proper utilization of manpower at site.
