Supervise and manage all site activities at the thermal power plant Ensure safe, efficient, and continuous plant operations Coordinate with operation, maintenance, and engineering teams Monitor equipment performance and report operational issues Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory norms Manage contractors, manpower, and daily work schedules Maintain site documentation, reports, and logbooks Liaise with management for progress updates and issue resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Power Engineering Proven experience in thermal power plant operations or maintenance Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Awareness of safety standards and regulatory requirements Willingness to work in shifts, if required
Experience: 15 + Years
