Job Description

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 3 years' experience in Solar O&M / Power Plant Operations. Knowledge of safety standards and statutory compliance in the power sector. Supervise and manage site operations for solar power plants under O&M contracts. Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities. Ensure optimal performance and availability of solar PV systems. Monitor plant performance, generation reports, and downtime analysis. Manage site workforce, vendors, and contractors for smooth operations. Implement safety standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with statutory guidelines. Maintain and update all site records, logbooks, and maintenance schedules. Handle breakdowns and coordinate with technical teams for quick resolution. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to management. Coordinate with clients for site inspections, audits, and performance reviews. Ensure inventory management of spares, tools, and consumables.
