Coordinate and manage all activities related to civil finishing works on construction sites.
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with overall project timelines.
Ensure that finishing works comply with the specified quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and manage the procurement of materials required for finishing works.
Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the timely delivery of materials to the construction site.
Interface with clients to understand their expectations and ensure that finishing works align with their requirements.
Provide regular updates and address any client concerns or feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
Prepare and submit regular reports to the project management team.
