Job Title: Site In-Charge - Sugar Industry (Uganda / Tanzania)

Location: Uganda / Tanzania (East Africa)

We are urgently hiring a Site In-Charge for our Sugar Factory Project in Uganda / Tanzania. The candidate must have prior experience in the sugar industry and will be fully responsible for the entire site management.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete site supervision and operational management.

Oversee manpower planning, daily work schedules, and productivity targets.

Handle procurement coordination, material management, and stock control.

Ensure smooth execution of project/site activities as per company standards.

Coordinate with the head office, contractors, and local teams for timely execution.

Responsible for site safety, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Manage site-level administrative work and resolve on-ground issues.

Requirements:

Mandatory experience in the Sugar Industry (minimum 15-20 years).

Experience in handling site operations independently.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must hold a valid passport.

Preference to candidates who have worked on international sugar projects.
