Job Description

Qualification:- B.E./B.Tech (Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering)

A Site Incharge (or Manager/Supervisor) oversees daily site operations, ensuring projects run safely, on time, and within budget by coordinating teams, managing resources, enforcing safety/quality standards, handling logistics, solving problems, and reporting progress to stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for all on-site activities. Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Plan, schedule, and monitor daily work progress against project plans, budgets, and timelines. Analyze blueprints and designs to ensure compliance with standards. Prepare the site before work starts and manage logistics like materials, equipment (cranes, forklifts), and deliveries.

Team & Personnel Management:

Supervise and direct construction workers, subcontractors, and staff. Schedule staff, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews. Mediate conflicts and foster a positive, collaborative environment.

Safety & Quality Control:

Conduct regular safety inspections, identify hazards, and enforce safety rules and protocols. Educate workers on safety regulations and handle accident protocols. Implement quality control procedures and inspect completed work to meet standards.

Administration & Communication:

Maintain accurate site logs, attendance records, and prepare progress reports. Liaise with clients, management, and other parties to meet project demands. Secure necessary permits, licenses, and negotiate contracts.

Problem Solving:

Proactively find ways to prevent issues and quickly resolve problems that arise. Recommend operational changes to increase efficiency.
Core Skills Needed

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with project management software (often required). Understanding of health, safety, and quality regulations.
