Eligibility Criteria

:
The candidate must hold a

B.Tech degree in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE)

and have a

minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

in project or site management.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

The Site Incharge will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at the site, ensuring project activities are executed as per schedule and quality standards. This includes supervising site personnel, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with safety and technical standards, handling site documentation and reporting, and maintaining communication with project stakeholders including BHEL and NTPC. The candidate must also manage resources effectively, resolve on-site issues promptly, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
