Oversee
Gate Entry Process & Compliance
for in/out movement of men, equipment, and vehicles at NTPC sites.
Handle
HR compliance
and ensure adherence to NTPC/BHEL norms and requirements.
Maintain proper
records of all administrative and HR activities
at the site.
Coordinate between company management, client officials, and site teams for smooth operations.
Drive a 4-wheeler (LMV) whenever required for site-related duties.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in site HR/Admin roles (preferably in NTPC/BHEL projects).
Must hold a
valid LMV license
and be comfortable driving 4-wheelers.
Strong knowledge of HR & compliance documentation at NTPC/BHEL sites.
Excellent record-keeping, documentation, and reporting skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client coordination.
