Job Description

1. Operations & Performance Management Oversee daily operation of ETP, STP, RO, DM, and MEE plants to ensure smooth functioning. Monitor process parameters (flow, pH, conductivity, TDS, BOD, COD, MLSS, hardness, silica, recovery, pressure). Ensure treated water and effluent meet prescribed statutory/environmental norms. Optimize plant efficiency, chemical consumption, energy usage, and overall O&M costs. 2. Manpower & Team Supervision Manage and supervise plant operators, shift incharges, technicians, and helpers. Plan duty rosters and allocate responsibilities. Conduct training sessions on SOPs, safety, preventive maintenance, and emergency handling. Evaluate staff performance and ensure compliance with company policies. 3. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all units. Ensure timely regeneration of DM resins, RO membrane cleaning, MEE descaling, and sludge handling. Troubleshoot operational and process-related issues to minimize downtime. Coordinate with engineering/maintenance teams for breakdown support. 4. Compliance & Reporting Ensure compliance with PCB (Pollution Control Board) and statutory requirements. Maintain and verify daily logbooks, chemical usage, sludge/salt disposal records, and calibration reports. Prepare MIS reports, monthly O&M reports, and client updates. Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections. 5. Client & Stakeholder Coordination Act as the primary contact for client/site representatives. Address client queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with company management for manpower, spares, and chemical requirements. Participate in review meetings with clients and internal management. 6. Safety & Housekeeping Ensure adherence to safety guidelines for chemical handling, confined space entry, and equipment operations. Enforce use of PPE and maintain safety culture at site. Oversee housekeeping and overall cleanliness of the plant premises. 7.Work Conditions Site-based role with full operational responsibility. May require working in shifts and extended hours during breakdowns/emergencies. Exposure to water treatment chemicals, effluents, and mechanical equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
