Key Responsibilities

Site Supervision:

Oversee day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and safety protocols.

Site Assessment:

Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and layout planning for solar installations.

Installation & Commissioning:

Supervise the installation of solar modules, inverters, and mounting structures, and support system testing and commissioning.

Coordination & Logistics:

Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors; manage material inventory and quality control on-site.

Documentation:

Maintain daily/weekly progress reports, site survey reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications

Education:

B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in solar project installation, design, or site management.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of solar PV technology, electrical components, and local, state, and federal safety regulations.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving, communication, and team management skills.

Working Conditions

This is a field-based, full-time role requiring frequent travel to project sites and working in varying outdoor conditions.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
