Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:


Oversee and manage the execution of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) projects.

Ensure timely completion of projects as per the approved schedules and specifications.

Site Supervision:


Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities including manpower, materials, and equipment usage.

Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Coordination:


Lead and guide site engineers, technicians, and other project personnel.

Resolve on-site technical issues and facilitate effective communication among teams.

Client and Stakeholder Management:


Act as a primary point of contact for clients at the project site.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:


Maintain daily records of site activities, including progress, delays, and resource usage.

Submit regular reports to the head office and project management team.

Compliance and Standards:


Ensure adherence to all statutory, environmental, and safety regulations applicable to the projects.

Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with company policies.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of ETP, WTP, and STP technologies and operations.

Excellent project planning, scheduling, and monitoring skills.

Proficiency in managing site operations and troubleshooting.

Effective leadership and team management abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and team interactions.

Basic understanding of safety regulations and risk management practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.

4-5 years of experience in ETP/WTP/STP project management or site supervision.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Knowledge of local language(s) of Tripura is an advantage.
