Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervising and managing construction activities at the site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, codes, and safety regulations.

Seamless integration of composite works & direct procured items in the overall work sequence.

Work mobilization, oversee fit-out construction & management of on-site activities, tracking of cost, quality, EHS & time elements pertaining to fit-out construction.

Project closure & handover including snag identification/rectification and as-built / project closure documentation.

Coordinate the procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring their compliance with industry standards.

Identifying potential risks and implementing preventive measures to minimize project delays, cost overruns, and safety hazards.

Required candidate profile:

Experience in commercial office fit-out management & construction
for GC / Design+Build projects).

BE / Diploma (Civil / Electrical / Mechanical) Experience with Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD. Ability to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.
