Job Description
Graduate with minimum 4-5 years of Experience Skill Required : Speaking fluency in English and Hindi. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiar with Word and Excel. Site Management skills. Strong time management and speed of delivery. Ability to multi-task and manage the project deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities : Elevator knowledge preferable Computer literacy Communication skills,Time-management skills, Organizational skills Liasoning with Architects for completion of structural drawings and BOQ Negotiating with the Civil contractors and finalising the rates Day to day Management of Site construction and ensure safety at site Finalising the design and the contractor for HT connections Support in Erection and Commissioning of the plant Reporting of Project progress on regular interval Ready To travel across india as well as abroad
