1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS SITE HR IN INDUSTRIAL CONSTRUCTION
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process for on-site staff, including interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns raised by site workers.
Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct regular site visits to assess the working environment and employee morale.
Collaborate with site management to forecast staffing needs and develop workforce plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations relevant to the construction sector.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
Proven ability to manage conflict and provide solutions in high-pressure situations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
