Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage end-to-end HR operations including systems, policies, and employee lifecycle processes.
Handle special HR projects to support business requirements.
Strategic Leadership
Develop HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with leadership to integrate HR plans with business objectives.
Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead recruitment and onboarding processes for site roles.
Design and execute training, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
Training & Development
Develop comprehensive training programs to upskill employees.
Foster a continuous learning culture and support skill enhancement.
Payroll & Compliance
Manage complete payroll processes, including calculations, deductions, and reconciliations.
Oversee compliance with labor laws and statutory regulations.
Manage executive compensation including bonuses, incentives, and equity awards.
Employee Engagement
Drive engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
Enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational culture.
Desired Qualifications & Skills
6-8 years of HR experience
with exposure to HRBP/HR Operations roles.
MBA in HR from a reputed institute.
Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, and compensation management.
Proven ability in strategic HR planning and execution.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
