Role : Site HR - Off Roll
Role Overview:
The Site HR will handle end-to-end HR operations at the warehouse, with strong exposure to
payroll coordination, statutory compliance
, andblue-collar manpower management
in a cold chain environment.Key Responsibilities:
Attendance tracking and payroll input coordination Statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, PT, CLRA, Minimum Wages Onboarding, documentation, and exit of blue-collar staff Contract labor and third-party vendor management Employee grievances, discipline, and welfare HR records, statutory registers, and audit readiness Manpower planning and shift coordination
Preferred Experience:
Cold chain / warehouse / logistics exposure Hands-on experience managing unskilled / blue-collar workforce
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
