To manage end-to-end HR and administrative activities at the project site, ensuring smooth manpower deployment, statutory compliance, and employee engagement in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manpower & Recruitment
Coordinate site-level recruitment for staff, supervisors, and workmen.
Maintain manpower planning and deployment records.
Coordinate joining, induction, and exit formalities at site.
2. Attendance & Payroll Support
Maintain daily attendance (staff & labor) and muster rolls.
Coordinate with HO HR / payroll team for salary processing.
Verify overtime, leaves, and wage calculations.
3. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with labor laws (CLRA, PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity).
Maintain statutory registers and records for audits.
Coordinate labor licenses, renewals, and inspections.
4. Contractor & Labor Management
Coordinate with labor contractors for workforce availability.
Verify contractor documents and labor compliance.
Handle labor grievances and disciplinary issues.
5. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries at site.
Support grievance handling and conflict resolution.
Promote positive work culture and discipline at site.
6. HR Administration
Maintain employee files and HR MIS reports.
Manage site HR documentation and records.
Support site administration activities as required.
7. Coordination & Reporting
Liaise between site team and HO HR department.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR reports.
Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
Educational Qualification
Graduate / Post Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, or related field.
MBA / MSW / PGDM (HR) preferred.
Experience
2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in construction, infrastructure, EPC, or project sites.
Experience handling contract labor and statutory compliance is mandatory.
