Performance Management:
Overseeing appraisals and systems that drive high performance.
Typical Duties
Partner with managers to anticipate staffing needs.
Manage site-specific HR processes, including blue-collar/contract hiring.
Develop and implement local HR initiatives.
Handle disciplinary actions and employee welfare.
Core Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR/Business.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HRIS systems and employment law.
Ability to handle confidential information with high ethical standards.
