HR Executive / Officer - Labour Law & Statutory Compliance

We are looking for a competent and knowledgeable candidate who has a strong understanding of
Labour Laws and Statutory Compliances
, including:
EPF (Employees' Provident Fund)
ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation)
WC (Workmen Compensation)
CAR (Contractor's All Risk Insurance)
State and Central Government Labour Registers & Returns
CLRA, BOCW, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure timely statutory registrations and renewals for sites.
Maintain compliance records and registers as per statutory norms.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for compliance documentation.
Handle site-level HR/Admin activities including attendance, accommodation, grievance handling, and coordination with HO.
Conduct periodic audits and submit reports to management.
Liaison with Labour departments, Insurance agencies, and Government officials as and when required.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of labour laws, statutory provisions, and site administration.
Hands-on experience in handling compliance at project/construction sites.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and statutory portals (EPFO, ESIC, etc.)
Excellent coordination and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel or stay at project sites if needed.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Labour Law/HR/Industrial Relations) MBA
