Position: Plant Head / Site Head

Employment Type: Full-time (On-role)

Experience: Minimum 18 years in Mechanical Maintenance

Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical - Full-Time)

Language Requirement: Must be able to speak Oriya

Key Responsibilities:

Full site responsibility for the Refinery Plant (Red & White areas)

Oversee plant operations and all mechanical maintenance

Plan & execute plant shutdowns and maintenance schedules

Supervise all department heads and site functions

Handle labour issues confidently & within legal frameworks

Ensure regulatory compliance & manage audits

Lead client negotiations for additional scopes

Ensure timely payments and strong client relations

Optimize plant assets, equipment, and machinery

Maintain a strong techno-commercial approach

Ideal Candidate:

20+ years of hands-on experience in Mechanical Maintenance

Industry background: Refinery / Cement/Chemical / Fertilizer / Blast Furnace

Proven experience managing 80+ personnel (excluding contractors)

Strong leadership, compliance, and asset management skills

Fluent in Oriya language

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
