Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

Site Head

to lead and manage our kitchen operations site in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

hospitality or food services

, with proven expertise in

site operations, vendor management, team leadership

, and

client servicing

. This role is critical to ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

Kitchen & Site Operations

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, food safety, and hygiene compliance Ensure smooth functioning of all departments: production, dispatch, and housekeeping Maintain high operational standards in line with hospitality best practices

Vendor Management

Coordinate with third-party vendors for manpower, raw material supply, and maintenance services Monitor vendor performance and ensure service levels and cost efficiency Handle vendor contracts, negotiations, and procurement planning

Team & Staff Management

Lead a team of kitchen staff, supervisors, and ground crew Plan shift schedules, assign responsibilities, and conduct team training Manage attendance, performance, and overall team engagement

Client Management

Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication and issue resolution Ensure client requirements, SLAs, and service expectations are consistently met Conduct regular client reviews and build long-term relationships

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, fire safety, labor laws, and hygiene protocols Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports and MIS Conduct regular audits and implement improvements

Candidate Requirements

4-5 years of experience in

hospitality

, or

facility management

Strong leadership and team handling skills in a high-pressure environment Working knowledge of

food safety standards

kitchen workflows

Excellent communication and client-facing skills Hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and operational efficiency Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred
