Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure timely completion of work Manage and allocate tasks to labor teams, subcontractors, and vendors Monitor material usage, site cleanliness, and safety compliance Read and interpret drawings and execute work as per project plans Maintain daily work progress reports and share updates with the Site Engineer/Project Manager Ensure quality control at each stage of execution Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical concerns timely

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Foreman in residential/commercial real estate projects Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards Ability to manage workforce and handle site coordination independently Basic understanding of drawings and measurements Strong communication and problem-solving skills
