Job Description

Sahita Construction Company is looking for foreman

who plays a crucial role in Building Construction Work and managing the construction process, particularly in the execution of civil engineering tasks related to the development as per the client requirements efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Oversees daily site operations, coordinating with laborer's, subcontractors, engineers, and architects. Ensures work aligns with approved drawings, safety codes, and construction standards. Inspects work and materials to maintain quality and adherence to project specs. Leads and motivates workers, ensuring safety and efficiency on-site. Plans daily tasks and ensures timely completion without delays.
Implements safety protocols and conducts regular site checks.

Maintains daily logs of work progress, labor hours, materials, and incidents. Resolves on-site issues swiftly to keep the project on track. Works with engineers and managers to adapt plans and ensure smooth execution. Quality Assurance: Ensure that work is completed according to quality standards and specifications

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in civil construction. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, etc.) is a plus. High school diploma or ITI/technical certification in construction preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
