Job Description

Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of construction workers and subcontractors. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Ensure work is done safely, on time, and to the required quality standards. Inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations. Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality. Maintain records of work progress, materials, and equipment. Liaise with clients, site engineers, and other stakeholders. Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site safety inspections. Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, and company policies. Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are available and properly maintained.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
