Job Description

Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the site. Assign tasks to workers and monitor their performance to ensure timely and quality completion of work. Interpret construction drawings and execute work as per approved plans and specifications. Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize wastage. Monitor progress and report site updates, manpower, and material requirements to the Site Engineer or Project Manager. Ensure safety regulations are followed and that all workers use proper protective gear (PPE). Inspect ongoing work for quality control and compliance with standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and other departments for smooth execution of work. Maintain attendance, work progress, and site log records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
