Key Responsibilities :

Customer Escalation Handling:

Serve as the first point of contact on-site for customers raising concerns or complaints related to product quality, finishing, or installation. Understand, investigate, and analyze the root cause of the issue and provide clear explanations and solutions to customers. Ensure prompt resolution of issues in coordination with internal stakeholders.

Cross Functional Coordination:

Liaise between customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution. Follow up on pending works or rectifications and ensure closures are documented.

Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed logs of all customer escalations, actions taken, and final resolutions. Prepare and share reports with relevant internal teams to track recurring problems and implement systemic improvements.

Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in site execution, quality inspection, or customer service within the construction industry. Good understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Ability to read technical drawings and identify deviations in workmanship or product use. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/reporting tools preferred).

Preferred Qualities:

A customer-first attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Capable of multitasking and managing fieldwork alongside customer expectations. Prior experience in a client-facing or after-sales role in the construction or real estate industry is an advantage.
