Qualification

D Civil / D Arch / BE Civil

Experience

5 years minimum specifically in commercial hospitality or similar projects in both architecture and interior categories

Software

Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (to read files) and WhatsApp/Excel for reporting.

Soft Skills

Strong command over local labor, problem-solving mindset, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

Good at drawing interpretations from different consultants and their implementations

Material Order and onsite Management

Agencies management and their coordination of works

Coordination between all consultants

Quality control at work

Bill checking

Timeline tracking and its implementation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
