Position: Site Executive

Location: Dehradun

Salary Range: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month

About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Executive with hands-on experience in showroom construction. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining timelines for project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of showroom construction projects.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of work.

Monitor material availability and usage at site, ensuring no wastage or delays.

Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.

Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.

Identify potential issues or delays and escalate them to the project manager for timely resolution.

Ensure adherence to budget and timelines.

Conduct site inspections and verify that all construction activities meet the approved drawings and design requirements.

Requirements:

Education: Graduation / Diploma / ITI (Civil/Construction related field preferred).

Experience: experience in showroom or commercial construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction processes, site supervision, and material management.

Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and technical documents.

Good communication and coordination skills.
