Site Execution Manager

to be the driving force behind the successful on-site delivery of our design projects. If you are a proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for quality and a proven ability to manage multiple vendors and timelines, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Execution:

Oversee and manage all on-site activities from project initiation to final handover, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, budget, and timeline.

Vendor & Contractor Management:

Source, vet, and manage all site contractors, vendors, and labor (including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, etc.). Schedule and coordinate their daily activities to maintain a smooth workflow.

Quality Control & Compliance:

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and material usage. Verify that all work complies with approved drawings, safety regulations, and building codes.

Material Management:

Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery and proper storage of materials. Conduct checks upon receipt to verify quantity and quality.

Communication & Reporting:

Act as the primary point of contact for the design team, clients (when necessary), and contractors. Provide regular, detailed progress reports, flag potential delays or issues immediately, and propose effective solutions.

Drawing Interpretation:

Thoroughly understand and interpret complex interior design and technical drawings (e.g., GA, elevations, electrical, plumbing) and translate them into actionable on-site instructions.

Budget & Invoice Verification:

Track site expenses, verify measurements, and check contractor/vendor invoices against work completed before submission for payment.

Qualifications:

Experience:

1 year of dedicated experience in site management and execution for

interior design

or architecture projects, preferably high-end residential or commercial.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in reading and interpreting interior design and MEP drawings. Familiarity with construction processes, quality checks, and safety protocols.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time-management abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus.

Tools:

Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and comfortable with site management apps/software.
