Job Summary

The Site Executive will support new retail store launches by coordinating site-level activities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality execution of projects. This role involves extensive travel based on project requirements.

Food, lodging, and travel expenses will be reimbursed as per the company's reimbursement policy.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end activities for new store setup and final handover. Manage and follow up with vendors and contractors for civil, electrical, branding, fixtures, and fittings work. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and timelines. Track work status and share periodic updates with the Project Manager. Ensure compliance with company brand standards, quality norms, and safety guidelines. Support procurement, material movement, logistics, and local approvals as required. Assist in resolving on-site issues to avoid project delays.
Requirements

ITI / Diploma in Civil or a related field (preferred). 0-4 years of experience in site coordination, retail projects, or construction support roles. Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also apply. Willingness to travel extensively across project locations.
Skills & Competencies

Basic working knowledge of

MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication

. Understanding of retail store setup processes and site coordination. Good communication and vendor coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight timelines. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Basic understanding of safety and quality standards at project sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
